You get one price with the trucking already in it. Here is what sits behind that number, and what you need at your end.

Need less than a load? Ask anyway. Sometimes a neighbor wants the other half, and we can tell you if a split is possible.
You pay for the hay that arrives, by the ton, on the scale ticket for that load. Bale weights move with cutting and moisture, so the per load figure on a quote is a close estimate and the scale ticket is the invoice.
Hay is stacked at 8 yards. We price from the yard nearest you that has the hay you want.
Fuel moves, so a quote is good for 3 days. After that we refresh it.
The truck brings the hay to your gate. Getting it off the trailer is on you, so match the bales to the equipment you have. If your lane is tight, tell us before the truck is booked.
Forklift or skid steer with forks or a bundle grapple. No hand stacking.

Standing orders are welcome. A dairy taking loads every month gets them planned ahead.
